Project Management, with a Personal Touch

Beginning in 2003, Lockerys Associates was formed in order to help facilitate Large Works Projects in and around Washington D.C. Contracting.  Our employees have scheduled and led projects from pole to pole in the Arctic and Antarctic as well as worked with nations across the globe from Japan to Russia. Today we can help you work towards implementing Project Management Controls in your Private Business or Manage a Federal Contract.  

I’m passionate about helping both companies and individuals with adding Project Management Controls after seeing the difference it can make on Multi-Million Dollar Contracts. 

My goal is to make sure that your company or project has the systems in place to safeguard the milestones and assets you have worked so hard to accumulate. Everything our company does is in accordance with the Project Management Institute's (PMI) guidelines with all our employees being certified in using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 6th Edition in order to ensure Modern and Current standards for your problems. 

Starting in 1965, I've worked multiple jobs in Federal Contracting from the Program Specialist on a Nuclear Test Site in Nevada to Program Manager in the National Science Foundation.  Across all those projects in my career, whether they were in the Public or Private Sector, I've seen the impact and true necessity for proper Management Controls.  

I currently live in Southern Virginia with my sons and grandchildren close by, focusing on helping small businesses work on a Federal Level and helping Federal Organizations find small businesses.
